Madison was born with a chromosome disorder called partial trisomy 15, with that she has generalized and uncontrolled seizures, she has hypotonia and is g-tube fed. Her quality of life would be greatly improved if she were to have the companionship and help of a service dog. A service dog would be able to do many things for her parents and her. For example, alert her parents when madison is in distress, alert her parents when the pulse-oximiter sounds, carry O2 tanks, stay by madisons side, and help her to go to the toilet. The cost of a service dog is $3000.00 and $2000.00 has already been raise with help of her familys facebook page Ashley Madison. I think we could easily sell 100 cards because we use the card so often and frequently tell friends and family about it. The opportunity to do this for her would be greatly appreciated, we look forward to your reply. |
